14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Before this period expires, use our online withdrawal form, email office@grasseparfum.com, or post an unambiguous withdrawal notice to the address below. The model form below is optional. Include your name and enough information to identify the order; an order number is helpful.

Returning your order

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Return address: Famille Grasse Parfums, 29 rue Amiral de Grasse, 06130 Grasse, France.

You pay the direct return shipping costs for a change of mind. Please pack the goods securely, use the original packaging where possible, and retain proof of dispatch. Choose a carrier that accepts perfume and follow its transport requirements.

You may inspect goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond this. The withdrawal right does not apply to goods supplied sealed that cannot be returned for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. These exceptions do not affect your rights for faulty or incorrect goods.

Refunds

We refund the returned goods and, for withdrawal from the whole order, the original standard delivery cost. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable. For a partial return, the refundable delivery amount is determined under applicable law.

Refunds are due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Inspection does not extend this deadline. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.

Exchanges and faulty goods

For a direct exchange, contact us to arrange it, subject to availability and return eligibility. You may instead use your withdrawal right and place a new order.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Your order details and photos, where available, help us resolve the issue. There is no 48-hour limit on your statutory rights. We bear the necessary costs of a valid legal guarantee claim. See the statutory guarantees in our Terms of Sale.
