PAYMENT

We accept secure online payments via:

  • PayPal (PayPal balance, linked bank account, and eligible cards depending on your country)
  • Shopify Payments (major credit/debit cards and local payment methods where available)

Payments are processed through trusted payment providers. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

Currency & taxes

  • Prices are shown in EUR (unless your checkout displays a different currency).
  • For EU destinations, applicable taxes (VAT) are generally included according to the rules shown at checkout.
  • For non-EU European destinations (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland), customs duties / import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Order processing

  • Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time
Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • EU: 2–6 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 3–10 business days
    These are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or customs procedures (where applicable).

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/value.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available for your service level).

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s cost or refund the order (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged or missing parcel
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the outer packaging,
  • the shipping label,
  • the products inside.
    We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

So what could our past be like?Imagine how on the same sunny day at the end of the 18th century, a Burgundian knight arrived in Grasse and, enchanted by the beauty of the region, settled on this blooming land. He founded a leather factory and made gloves for the king himself. However, the leather processing was accompanied by an unpleasant smell that could only be drowned out by the fragrance of flowers. 

This prompted the owner of a leather factory to open a manufactory of essential oils. Aromatic substances were extracted from local plant raw materials and exported to various countries. The small production was expanded over the years and passed from generation to generation, until it acquired a contemporary appearance.Today, Famille Grasse Parfums is a modern company that uses the high quality raw materials for the production of perfumes.
