Payment and taxes

We accept PayPal and the cards or other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments at checkout. Prices are displayed in euros unless another currency is shown. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are shown before you confirm and pay. For non-EU deliveries, import duties, taxes and clearance charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly included at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated transit times after dispatch are 2–4 business days in metropolitan France and 2–8 business days elsewhere in the EU. Other destinations depend on the service and destination. Any delivery date or period agreed when ordering applies; if none is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the order.

Standard delivery is free in metropolitan France. The standard rate for other destinations, including French overseas territories, is €15. A €3 option is available for eligible orders weighing up to 100 g. Available services and the final charge are displayed at checkout. We email dispatch confirmation and tracking where available.

Delays or delivery problems

Contact office@grasseparfum.com if delivery is late, missing, damaged or incorrect. Photos and packaging are helpful where available. There is no 48-hour cutoff for statutory claims. We remain responsible for the goods until you or your designated recipient physically receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

If we miss the agreed delivery deadline, you may require delivery within a reasonable additional period, then cancel if we still fail to deliver. You may cancel immediately where the law permits, including refusal to deliver or an essential deadline. We refund all sums within 14 days of such cancellation.

Please check your address before ordering. If an address error requires reshipment, we will agree any additional cost with you. This does not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights. See our Returns & Refunds and Terms of Sale.
